Facilities

High Viscosity Mixing: Preparation of pastes, gels, creams and other viscous products, typically in 200kg batches.

Liquid Mixing: We have high and low shear mixing equipment and a variety of stainless steel vessels to process liquid batch sizes between 200L – 1000L including highly flammable products.

Powder Mixing: Facilities are available for tumble mixing of powders with batch sizes between 100 – 500kg

Filling

Tube filling (plastic or laminated) in the range of 1ml to 200ml.
Liquid filling into bottles, cans or pouches from 20ml to 500ml.
Powder filling into small to medium capacity containers (20 grams to 250 grams)

Front and back or wraparound label application
Shrink-wrapping
Heat sealing
Ink jet coding
Pad Printing
